FReeper ladies remember when you were 4? Our moms put our hair in either braids or pony tails and sent us to Nursery School, they did not spend $150.00 on any hair care product for our head. Not even for Johnson's baby shampoo.

No kidding. That’s my first take on this. Do the salons take EBT cards? Maybe using EBT for groceries frees up that kind of money for you to waste it on a 4 year old’s hair.

The empty spot where the braid used to be on her daughter's head was so alarming to the mother that she called medics to her residence when Zuwena arrived home Yeah, that sounds like a real life-threatening emergency worthy of a 911 call for an ALS provider to respond with lights and sirens.
