Boeing 767 FedEx plane makes emergency landing without nose gear in Turkey Front landing gear of a Boeing 767 cargo plane landing in Istanbul malfunctioned.
As a result the plane nosedived into the runway without any casualty
Believe it or not I could probably look into fatigue cards in the 767 MPD, or in the 747-400 SSID document. All kinds of fun stuff in there.
a 67 triple gear lube normally takes two men ( or three woman)...”
A sexist would say...!

People today are offended ( and blinded) by the Truth.
FedEx is still buying new 767’s.
Aviation Ping!....................
I guarantee it had a nose gear when it took off. Why didn’t it have one when it landed?
Of course if it had a nose gear but it failed to deploy, that’s a horse of another color, but that’s not what the headline claims.
There are not very many original parts left by then.

>FedEx is still buying new 767’s.<
I stand corrected. FedEx has 34 767-300Fs on order.
I guess Linda Daschle’s effort to make the 767 the Air Force tanker is still paying off.
