AL GORE please pick up the red emergency phone.
Storm destroys the world's largest floating Solar Panel Farm.
What Valedictorian engineer signed off on this stupidity.
VIDEO AT LINK...................
Lemme see, oceans have water. Water moves. Storms move water....!?
A difficult scenario to grasp...........
The best laid plans.....based on stupidity....
I don’t doubt that a floating solar panel farm that was durable could be constructed, but...with the incompetent, woke hires getting the money doing the designing and planning, taking out 10% for the Big Guy (for American money involved) and money being siphoned off at every stage along the way by corrupt bureaucrats, there is no way a structurally sound one could ever be built.
And besides, water will almost always find a way over time to be in a more destructive state than any man-made structure can withstand.
Yeah because the storm was created because of global warming.....that’s what the green idiots will Pin it on ...wait and see.
But we have to look at the intent of the project, the spirit of trying to save our planet. Those that built this floating solar farm do deserve credit for that. /s/
Seriously, this was shear mindless stupidity, typical of the left.
On the other hand, somewhere, someone that is at the top of the food chain in this fiasco made millions off of this little project.
I am thinking the people who come up with this came out of Harvard. They produce some real doozies.
Yup!that and maybe 100+ themicanes this season. (’Them’ for gender neutered tropical storms?). ๐ณ
How dare these green fools pollute the ocean!
Probably figured it would be closer to the sun once the ice caps melted
They always destroy with the best of expensive intentions.
Typical third-world engineering.
The hurricane name thing.....what’s wrong with just numbering the damned things?
Year.month.day would say it all instead of this stupid naming tradition.
“Hurricane #2024.05.06”....or does that make to damned much sense? SMH
Not a hint of irony.
The solar panels are linked to floaters that are strategically placed on the water's surface. To protect the panels from damage caused by changes in water flow or level, these floaters are firmly fastened together.

Too much sense.
A land one was recently destroyed by hail.
I can only imagine the amount of toxicity released into the water.
Doesn’t s lot of petroleum go into the manufacture of these panels?
