Since Roker sued some poor Uber driver for not stopping to pick him up I am afraid I do not have much sympathy for him.

Life is a lazy susan and what goes around does indeed come around.

From what I can see, it wasn’t an Uber driver, but an NYC Yellow Cab driver; and it’s characterized as a complaint to the Taxi Commission, not a lawsuit.

Let me know, if you know more; but an actual lawsuit will hear evidence.

I don’t have much faith that this ‘Schultz’ guy will win. It sounds to me like he’s looking for a payout.
