From what I can see, it wasn’t an Uber driver, but an NYC Yellow Cab driver; and it’s characterized as a complaint to the Taxi Commission, not a lawsuit.

Let me know, if you know more; but an actual lawsuit will hear evidence.

I don’t have much faith that this ‘Schultz’ guy will win. It sounds to me like he’s looking for a payout.

You are probably right but honestly do not care. He tried to ruin some poor slob's life because he did not stop for him. I don't know why the driver did not stop and it really does not matter.

When a multimillionaire goes after some guy because he got his silk knickers in a twist I am not going to cry many sad tears for him when the wheel turns.
