Listening to it always made me think of a company I was auditing. I swear at the morning meeting they used every one of those phrases and a few more. And they could not scrap up the money to pay their landscaper.

Since then I have, perhaps unfairly, equated anyone who uses those words with people who may be able to make money but have no control over their spending.
