Said it before and I'll say it again - it is unwise to have younger blacks taking care of elderly non-blacks. Too many of the younger ones that go into "healthcare" are hate-filled pieces of excrement that have no business doing this type of work. If you are considering putting someone in a nursing home, pay attention to the makeup of the staff. If the staff is strangely absent during your visit, ask to meet some of the staff - if they decline to do so, scratch that nursing home off the list. If you care about your loved ones, then do your due diligence.

keep your old people home with you and avoid this treatment....if not, no complaining....my mother kept my grandmother at our house...she had cancer.....6 kids, some of us sharing a bed...and yet my mom and day did this...it can be done.
