I've never understood why the go to forecast for hurricanes originates from a landlocked state. 🤷

Key factors driving this heightened activity include ... ... the need to promote a political narrative that can move us closer to communism.

The same reason Mission Control is in Houston and not Cape Canaveral.

So it's HYPERactive now. I was wondering what they would call it this year.

After Katrina, they predicted 5 Cat storms will become common. The following year...nothing. And don’t forget, even if it’s only for 1 minute...the report a 5...they never mention the 1 minute. Did a lot of searching to pick up on this.

“strong conviction” in forecast.
April HURRICANE “climate model” and charlatan fear monger place-holder.
Let’s come back in October

5th year in a row with this prediction...
And yes... Yeah... not so much.
Maybe if they just keep guessing they’ll get it right some year.

Bill Gray founded the hurricane center there at least 40 years ago, has been a center of relative expertise ever since. He was not a global warmist either so they have been fairly accurate from time to time. Still, they do tend to over-predict.

I lived in hurricane country most of my 72 years. The CSU estimates are always, always wrong. They’ll ‘adjust’ their guesstimations as the season progresses.

They do this every year.
Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t.

They always start high, then have to reset the numbers midway through the season. Watch. Come July, they will put out a press release to adjust their numbers downward.
