Mark Wingate, a Fulton County Elections Board member, recently testified that he voted against the certification of the 2020 presidential election due to concerns he had regarding the integrity of the election. The Elections Board member claimed that Fulton County failed to verify the signatures of over 147,000 mail-in ballots.
Independent journalist known on X, formerly Twitter, as “Kanekoa The Great” shared a video Monday Wingate’s testimony. The journalist explained that the Fulton County Elections Board member’s testimony was part of a disbarment hearing for Jeffrey Clark, a former United States assistant attorney general. Clark is one of the 19 defendants charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for allegedly engaging in attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
During the Zoom conference hearing, Wingate testified, “I had asked the question, ‘What did we do for signature verification?’ And the comment I got back, which frankly at that time floored me, was, ‘We didn’t do any.'”
Throughout the hearing, Wingate testified that Fulton County did not provide a chain of custody documentation for mail-in ballots or surveillance footage for ballot drop boxes.
“I and other board members had requested that we obtain the chain of custody documentation from the department and none of that was ever delivered,” Wingate said. “There was never one surveillance tape, an inch of footage delivered to the board.”
Wingate also highlighted concerns he had about the voter registration rolls in Fulton County during the recent Zoom conference hearing.
“We had more voters on the active voter rolls than we did of the population of the entirety of Fulton County and then extrapolating for those of voting age, so that became a major concern of mine and frankly lasted throughout and continued even after the 2020 election.”In addition to Wingate’s testimony, journalist Rachel Alexander tweeted that Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA, shared his audit of the Fulton County election as part of Clark’s disbarment trial. Alexander reported that Favorito’s audit discovered a 60% error rate in election results matching ballot images.
“Tally sheet totals didn’t match the ballot images. Found falsified tally sheets – 100 to nothing for Biden,” Alexander stated. “Some were 200 to nothing, a technical impossibility. Whereas the ballot images showed a 60-40 ratio of Biden to Trump.”
I'm quite shocked that he wasn't arrested for failing to do so.

And that was that.
We even had raging, dipstick scumbags right here on Free Republic who vocally posted that they had been right all along, that True The Vote was a scam, run by grifters and snake oil salesmen who didn’t even have GPS data, or that it was not accurate enough to precisely geolocate those they showed on video (both Leftist talking points) and that Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Philips should be in jail.

We did have those ignorant jackasses on this very forum. I cannot express the disappointment and disgust I felt at seeing those piece of crap “FReepers” posting their excrement.
What they deliberately ignore is that they GAVE that information to the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) and for the last TWO years, GBI has done NOTHING.
Nothing.
True The Vote cannot subpoena records for the identities of those associated with the tracked cell phones, that can only be done by law enforcement, SPECIFICALLY the GBI.
They could have issued subpoenas two years ago, obtained information on those people clearly breaking election laws as shown on video OBTAINED from the State of Georgia ITSELF, and at the very minimum, the very least...questioned them.
That was not done.
And here we are. 2024. And we are going to see the same things, all over again.
They are going to do it until someone stops them. And since it is the people who are supposed to prevent, investigate, and prosecute these things who are carrying out the crimes, they will continue to happen.

The board requested documentation and footage from Fulton County and they failed to deliver.
The county knew that the board had a deadline and would have to vote regardless of whether they got the evidence they wanted or not.
They gambled that the board would vote in favor of certifying the vote.
They probably knew that the vote would go in Biden's favor. Most people will not rock the boat unless there is really good reason to do so.
The Fulton County Elections Board needs the authority to compel the production of evidence they need promptly.
Yet that very same data was accurate enough to indict THOUSANDS of J6 participants.
