If you’re in California, I bet you paid more than I do here in Indiana.

I’m still in shock after buying my grandkids (10) their traditional Lindt gold bunnies. 🥴

$2.03 for a friggin yellow onion that was medium sized.
To: Kevin in California
Not to worry.
The barbarian hordes which recently crossed the border will have no idea what the prices here should be.
And will pay the higher prices.

Ouch! That’s probably around $2.50 a pound out there!
Our onions have gone up but they’re currently around $1.40 a pound unless I buy in bulk.

Biden voters don’t care. They’re counting on a national basic income.

Here’s an interactive site that lets you compare specific food costs. If you’re a meat lover, expect to see over a 60% increase in the Biden basket.

We have bargain onions at $1.29
BUT...
Butter. $6 a pound
Eggs. $5. Down from 7 a few weeks ago
Gasoline is back over $5 a gallon
Beer now $12 a 6 pack for anything good
The new Bidemonics pound of anything are 12 ounces.

Perhaps your strawberries or artichokes cost less than we can get them here.

Groceries skyrocketing.
Car and health insurance premiums skyrocketing.
Gasoline skyrocketing once again.
Fast food prices going straight to the moon.
Utilities (electric, gas, water) skyrocketing.
Rents skyrocketing. Single, 400-sq ft apts in L.A. approaching $2,000/month.
Yet the Fed tells us that inflation is tamed. Liars!

BINGO! I have an apartment vacancy and the people inquiring often have no visible means of support. They are waiting for Uncle Joe to make an executive order inacting UBI and free housing.
