Ouch! That’s probably around $2.50 a pound out there!
Our onions have gone up but they’re currently around $1.40 a pound unless I buy in bulk.

I have not bought fresh onions in over 30 years.
Can buy dried onion chips/flakes-—use as necessary & have NO throwaway.
