I think bicycles and 15 minute cities for the 5-10% who are judged worthy is the real plan. This is just a way to get there.

Green policy is about protecting the planet the same way CoupFlu policy is about protecting public health.

Democrats are all about mandates and bans. Practically speaking, what is the difference between a “mandator” and a “dictator”?

This is Biden’s way of paying back the Chinese. The Chinese will supply the required electricity from all their new coal plants! Also the Chinese will short Americans by only suppling 5/6th of our needs…… Way to go Dems, coal power plants suppling only 5/6th electricity, Dems are evil!

Mass public transit is the big goal of the Let-them-eat-bugs mafia.

leaving utilities and regulators grasping for credible plans to expand the nation’s creaking power grid,”

Utilities have been warning about the inability to maintain and expand the electric power grid for decades.

The utilities are continually stymied by eco-nut lawsuits, stupid EPA mandates, and the general anti-power attitudes of leftist politicians.

The reality is most of the “enviromentalists” are either delusional or simply anti-human.

When there isn’t enough electricity for everyone, which is inevitable, the electricity will be directed to those who are politically loyal.

Well by God we gotta do something! The percentage of CO2 in the earths atmosphere is 0.04% or zero point zero and if we aren’t careful it could rise as high as zero point zero.

“Grid-Draining Electron Guzzlers And The End Of Driving”

Hard to see how the Democrats can continue to let people drive their electron-guzzlers when old women are freezing to death for lack of money to run their electric heaters.

Something to think about with elections coming up. Is your distaste for Trump and the RINOs enough to cause you to give up ALL forms personal transportation (except, perhaps a bike or a scooter)? If so, then yes, feel free to sit out this election too, and ‘send another message’ to the GOP regarding your anger at them.

...Two days ago, the White House rolled out “the toughest-ever” automobile emissions standards

Can states sue the Federal Government directly? The Court of Supreme Whim has apparently been whittling away at the Bureaucratic State (B. S .) It has slowly been erasing the power of the BS to make up law regardless of what Congress intended or actually wrote into the law.

Give the Court the chance to finally put a stake into the heart of the BS having nameless faceless unelected unaccountable bureaucrats making laws.

Have an Attorney General from a sane State sue the Federal Government over this EV nonsense. Take on the Global Warming scam directly to Court! Put that scam itself on trial! Then sue again because electric cars don't even help this non issue! Stress the point at how far we have come from Congress actually writing the law to BS legislating insanity

Evs are made largely with plastics, rubber, metal, and costly lithium batteries that tend to explode if caught in a flood or for no reason st all sometimes. Plastics and rubber are derived from petroleum, metals mean mining which is not so great for the environment, and combined with the cost and low mileage, it is just not worth it at this point anyway. What I don’t hear about is this: At night most evs will be on charge. That’s millions and millions (if the dems get their way) on charge at the same time. We’re going to need bigger and more power plants, not solar and not wind, they won’t make enough power and are too costly.

Wonder how long those machines will last when bums find out how much copper is in them that can be cut out and sold for scrap.
When I worked in a power plant we were constantly making rounds to check on copper ground wires and thick cables to make sure they had not been cut and stolen. As one construction worker said, a good worker can double his pay by stealing copper.
