I really wonder if FReepers understand what legal financial peril Trump now faces❓ He has put his entire fortune in the hands of his mortal enemies. If Trump has not found a solution by the 25th of this month, AG Jackson can start seizing his many properties and immediately liquidate them.

I don't believe Trump "intends" to become a pauper, but I'm certain he is "willing" to take some huge losses, as he already has shown. Just putting his business on hold to be President must have cost a lot.

How would one seize, for example, 5/12 of a hotel?
I don’t know for sure that any of the properties are owned by others than Trump, but such a thing is known, e.g. an insurance company insuring the 35th-40th floors of a skyscraper.
