My sister also had the shot and boosters. I watched her deteriorate in the two years since. In January, she was treated for Covid with remdesivir. I firmly believe that remdesivir contributed to her death.

Losing my sister was harder than losing my mom.

Oh, Jvette, I’m so sorry. You may have mentioned it here when it first happened but there have been so many reports of our posters losing people that I’m losing track. Please forgive me for an imprecise memory. My condolences are real and sincere. I feel like Paul Newman at the end of Absence of Malice. We all know damage was done and people have died, but there’s nobody to see to fix it or stop it. I want the suffering and loss of the people we care about to end, but I know it’s really just starting and will pick up speed as more time passes. The helplessness is crushing.

I’m sorry for your loss as well. My mom died by herself at 90 in a personal care home.—wouldn’t let anyone else in to see her during Covid.

“Losing my sister was harder than losing my mom.”

I am sorry to hear about your sister.

I think it is probably common for it to be harder to lose siblings because often a sibling is the person you have known the longest amount of time in your life.
