Claudia Oshry has been dealing with extreme hunger ever since going off Ozempic, which helped her lose over 70 pounds.
“I’ve been off Ozempic since November and I’m so hungry all the motherf—king time,” she said on TikTok Tuesday in response to a fan speculating that she was off the drug. “I’m always looking for good treats, ’cause I’m still trying to lose weight, but on my own. And I’m always looking for snacks and things to fill me up.”
Oshry, who started taking the celeb-loved weight-loss drug in September 2022, went on to list some of her current go-to snacks — like protein bars and popcorn — before asking her followers for recommendations.

Ok,...so keep taking it.
People ate more home cooked meals back then. Women knew how to make meals then. Restaurants did not use as many highly processed foodstuffs as they do now, they actually cooked food and were supplied fresh breads and veggies more locally.
Eat some bread.
More people were married back then. The mother stayed at home. How common is that? Leave it to Beaver? That world doesn't exist anymore. But it did for many of us.
Cocaine.
Well, yeah. Nobody can argue that.
Who the heck is Claudia Oshry?
You are asking the wrong person.
“Claudia Oshry has been dealing with extreme hunger ever since going off Ozempic”
not overly surprising: she’s experiencing a classic rebound syndrome caused by discontinuing a long-term medication that alters the body’s normal condition ... turns out that many medications cause such a rebound when discontinued ... opioids, nicotine, ethanol, benzodiazepines, beta blockers and SSRIs are classic examples ...
Eric “Clapner” agrees!
Danger Will Robinson crazy eyes!
and hunger was a real issue in America instead of obesity.
It’s the usual free rolling heads I win, tails you lose hate America stuff normally reserved for leftists.
Not to interrupt the usual women bashing.
Brings back memories of that whacko runaway bride and all those hilarious FR jokes 😆
I recommend panax ginseng and berberine. I stopped taking mounjaro because it’s too dang expensive, and take 500mg metformin per day, plus panax ginseng and berberine two or three times a day. It doesn’t work as well as mounjaro, and I’m eating more than when I was on it, but I eat less than I did before the mounjaro.
Nonsense. I went on ozempic for awhile, and quit due to not liking the side-effects. My hunger is unchanged. But then again, I had lost some weight and changed my eating habits before I started it.
Maybe you weren’t on it as long?
I can’t say it’s ALL in the genes but that’s the foundation, be it sturdy or shaky, particularly for resistance to gneric disease. Most people are born near average on the baseline healthy scale...after that, who knows.
Weight: Inhaling junk food & sugar on the sofa with your phone is going to make most anyone pork up.
Metamorphasis: The scrawny kid in the old comic book ads getting sand kicked in his face at the beach by the bully can buy & lift weights all he wants but 9 out of 10 are still going to remain mostly scrawny.
“Maybe you weren’t on it as long?”
Perhaps. But I also had to prove to my doctor that I could lose weight without taking it before she would prescribe. She’s big on behavior modification.

She says outright “trying to fill up on snacks and stuff”.
I mean, duh. That pretty much explains Obesity right there, get right down to it. It will be “interesting” to see what happens without any changes to “diet” and some new wonder pill start working at cross purposes.
Not if her weight issues were psychological.
