Steroids? Mole Removal? Cushings? Body Double? Bad Photo?

Kate Middleton has surfaced for the first time since her hospitalization earlier this year that sidelined her for a good while -- and she's maintaining a low profile ... or trying to anyway.
The Princess of Wales was seen riding passenger Monday in a vehicle that was being driven by her mother, Carole, near Windsor Castle in the UK ... and like we said, this sighting is a big deal considering we haven't seen her whatsoever since December.
Kate was wearing shades, and appeared to be rocking somewhat of a smile here -- there didn't appear to be any other relatives with them for this outing ... and ditto for security.
It's interesting that she's popping up like this right now ... frankly, the internet has been rife with speculation these past couple weeks over her whereabouts -- and there's been a lot of jokes made at her expense.

Amy Schumer claims she discovered she had Cushings because of the way people were talking about her face.
She should have good enough health care for her Doctors to have considered it but maybe she doesn’t go to Doctors very often.
Hopefully she’s doing well. She seems like a nice lady.
I hadnt seen my mother in awhile..didnt know she was on steroids...and was shocked when I saw a picture of her. I thought it was someone else at first.
Prednisone cause quite a substantial amount of water retention.
She certainly knows how to play the Royals game. A complete contrast to the execrable Meagain.
Am I supposed to care?
I used to take steroids, looked like the Pillsbury dough boy.
Looking quite bloated for Tom. Definitely not during a shoot.
The problem is the missing mole. People have removed distortion on the photo and mole still doesn’t show up. But it could still be just a bad photo. I think if she had the mole removed you would still see some scaring but the scaring could be covered up with makeup.
Whatever the case, I wish her well.

They keep saying it was abdominal surgery. Whatever, I wish her well also.
Steroids……she was extremely thin. If this is her and it looks like it could be, she has the plumped up steroid face. Is there a possibility she has had some kind of organ transplant? This would account for the two week hospital stay, and the lengthy isolated recovery at home.
Cushings and/or steroids can really change your face but it is not going to make your mole disappear. I suppose it could be a photo editor trying to smooth things out and they didn’t think it would make that much difference
Amy Schumer doesn’t have Cushings, IMO. She had a baby and ballooned out like a lot of heifers do in that case. It’s just an excuse.
I saw some people who have had the procedure where you have to have a bag that it can take that length of recovery time in hospital.
I can understand trying to stay out of the public eye when being treated with steroids. I was kind of shocked that Tom Cruise went out with his face so puffy. He is pretty vain.
