QAs the Dagny (Nex) Benedict case unravels before our very eyes, the LGBTQ left is getting desperate. Judd Legum, alleged journalist, shared the now famous Owasso Police bodycam footage of a seemingly fine Benedict in the hospital a few hours after the alleged 'beating,' she received at school.
In a new video released by Owasso Police, Nex Benedict describes how they were bullied by three girls for "the way that we dress."

He says it could expose Nex to legal liability because they threw water at one of the girls that attacked Nex

Ironically, it was this video that exposed how truly obscene the media's manipulation and outright lies have been regarding this case.
However, the LGBTQ media has quickly moved from blaming LibsofTikTok and Republicans for 'anti-LGBTQ' laws causing the death to attempting to discredit the police department for inconveniently sharing hard facts that have significantly disrupted their new Matthew Shepard narrative.

Of course, now we have footage of Benedict walking from the bathroom to the principal's office, text messages from Benedict to a family member shortly after the incident describing the events, footage of her in the hospital coherent and seemingly without physical injuries, a preliminary medical examiner's report confirming her death was not related to trauma AND the 911 call from her mother.

They don’t know how she died yet, but it wasn’t trauma.
She(it) was in a shouting match in the Girls room and threw water on 3 girls. They beat her up but video shows no visible marks.
She was told by the cop that because she assaulted the others she really had no case.
She went home. Later her eyes rolled up in her head. Toxicology is due in the next week or two.

Her interview in the hospital showed she was just fine.
This is an election year and the victim group has to be put out there.
To be accurate, a person can experience a head injury which results in a slow bleed that eventually kills the person but in the meantime, the person seems fine.
However, if the ME has any competence, something like that would be the first thing he or she looked for.
The fact that the ME says the girl’s death was not as a result of the head trauma to me indicates that, in this particular case, the death was not the result of the fight.
I’m guessing an intentional drug overdose, IOW, suicide..................
If the coroner has not yet release a report, it is still unknown if it was trauma.
That was ruled out on day 2 from the autopsy and published.
That’s why all these protesters look so foolish.

Mom used the term “posturing” which you don’t hear much outside the medical field. Was it a condition she was warned about when sent home from the hospital? One she is familiar with because she is in the medical field, or had experience with? Just curious.

He got back to his front porch, and was dead within minutes.

Yeah, that posturing sent up a red flag. No parent so upset that they’re calling 911 for an ambulance would say that unless they used it regularly.
She started the fight and appeared fine after. The parents could still probably press charges for her death. A brain bleed is always possible however the ME didn’t find such. If not, then the tox may show drugs.
If tthe queers would just keep it to themselves instead of in our faces, they wouldn’t get beaten up.
