The agency’s frantic efforts to hide the laptop’s contents inevitably lead to the suspicion that there’s something on it that the powers in DC don’t want Americans to see.
Not surprisingly, our media have ignored the Rich story. As I sat at Starbucks, I showed twelve random people a recent news photograph of FBI Director Christopher Wray. Most were under thirty and primarily female. None could identify Wray by name or position. I blame our media for the absence of objective reporting, censoring information, and publishing propaganda without question, i.e., false war porn and casualty counts of Hamas. Small wonder, then, that so many people don’t know about Seth Rich and his sad death, yet continuous trickles of new information make it increasingly clear that the FBI is hiding something.
Most American Thinker readers are familiar with the fact that Seth Rich, a Democratic National Committee employee, was murdered on D.C.’s streets in 2016. Inconsistencies in reports about his death, combined with its timing vis-à-vis the Russia Hoax, have made it easy to believe that this was no mere street crime. What’s been most suspicious is the FBI’s desperate efforts to keep secret information about its investigation into Rich’s death, and it’s the FBI’s conduct that is the subject of this post.
(For those new to this story, please read the earlier AT article, “Who is Seth Rich? Who Murdered Him? And What’s The Deep State Hiding?”)
The FBI apparently obtained Rich’s laptop after his murder. However, the FBI has refused to comply with FOIA requests asking for it to release the laptop’s contents. This refusal continues even though a federal district court twice ordered it to do so. The first court order was on September 29, 2022 (Order and Opinion), and, more recently, on November 28, 2023...

The question is “who put out the hit order for Seth Rich? My guess is either Hillary or John Podesta.

Mr. Rate : "Whoever took that shot's probably dead now. That's how conspiracy works. Them boys on the grassy knoll, they were dead within three hours. Buried in the damn desert. Unmarked graves out past Terlingua."
Why should the public be entitled to see a private citizen’s private dealings?
In the last 6 years the FBI and DOJ(sic) have been found to be totally corrupt.....and the decent honest American citizens get screwed!!
The deceased is part of a crime investigation and coverup. Also, the deceased does not enjoy a right to privacy, nor any other rights (Furber vs Taylor, Keller vs Fink)

The secrecy behind the FBI still guarding this secret...Seth Rich (and the laptop) was tied into a paid-informer status...having nothing to do his last work job, or Hillary Clinton.
Have they dragged in Garland, held him in contempt and put him in detention until his deparment complies with the order? No! They save that for MAGA insurrectionists who used a credit card to buy a bus ticket to anywhere within 200 miles of DC.
The Seth Rich case involves a bigger ongoing espionage case, that of Wikileaks, which is one reason it is underreported.
Kind of like the murder of the US cybersecurity expert some few years before, the guy who was involved in the Vietnam War Memorial. Bludgeoned body found in a dumpster?
FBI: We are sorry, Your Honor. The DEI hire we assigned to transcribe the hard drive accidentally erased the entire drive. Due to methods and techniques used, we are unable to turn the drive over for any further analysis.

By law, the dead enjoy no privacy. By law, the FBI must release the contents of the laptop as it’s FOIA. Be Aware they FBI denied existence of the laptops (note that their are more than one and they had them from within days of his demise) for years.
Maybe they can name the three agents he met with to turn in evidence of the Hillary election steal from Bernie in Philly.

Vince Foster taps box
“Like with a clock?”
“The data was corrupted.”
“The hard drive crashed. And no backups were available.”
“A pair of Pakistani IT techs smashed them with hammers after they were subpoenaed.”
Democrat party SOP.
This Judge can declare Wray in contempt and jail him anytime he wants.
Why hasn’t that happened?
