Best possible outcome would have been no crash.

I would put money that this is our DEI miliary in action. We’ll never know. I shudder to think what will happen under actual hostile fire.

Guessing this was rescue swimmer training or something similar - given there was a safety boat there and it seems they were fairly low altitude given what appear to be no significant injures.
