Huge Court Decision in Bulgaria Shuts the Door on Solar

BULGARIA
Constitutional court shuts the door to solar farms on fertile land. Bulgaria’s top Court ruled that the installation of agrophotovoltaics (APV) on arable land – used to produce both solar energy and agricultural products in the same area – is unconstitutional.
The case comes after the Bulgarian parliament voted in September to change the Farmland Conservation Act as part of a reform package to unblock funding for projects under the EU Recovery and Resilience Plan. The amendments would allow for solar panels to be installed on fertile land, which raised alarms in the agricultural community.
The court said that arable land should only be used for agricultural purposes, with exceptions allowed only in cases of proven need. The ruling said such a need had not been discussed or proven, adding that the objections of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food had not been taken into account.

Republican Judges are very often afraid to do the right thing. They go out of their way to show they are totally impartial, to the point of making really bad and unfair decisions. My Expert Witness in the Judge Engoron Trial is one of the most responsible and respected Experts in the Country. He is sought after by many and, in fact, was used by the N.Y. State Attorney General, the Crazed Lunatic, Letitia James. After many months of research into my Financial Statements, and just about everything else, he found “NO EVIDENCE OF ACCOUNTING FRAUD, ZERO.” He said that few people could have gone through such a test, and ended up with that result. Another Expert said that President Trump must be one of the most honest people anywhere, to go through millions of pages of examination and “NOTHING.” In any event, the Judge had fun sarcastically ridiculing my Experts, even on a personal basis, but was totally unable to use facts, statistics, or analysis, because my Financial Statements were so strong, perhaps better than anybody else in the Country in Real Estate…..

I noticed a number of FReepers appeared to fall into the trap and declare that they were not going to vote any more. The Dominion and similar voting machines are intended to reinforce that deception.
That is likely why France outlawed the voting machines a few years ago.
