Made in France, the silk-wrapped envelope is available in two sizes, A4 and A5. People's opinions on the item are divided, with some deeming it overpriced and others seeing it as a status symbol.

This really angers me, as I use only A6 envelopes. And it looks like I’m unjustly shut out of the silk-wrapped envelope market.

This has to be discrimination of some kind. After my nap I’m gonna call a lawyer.

“Remember pneumatic tubes?”

totally ... the big, multi-story, downtown department stores used them ... all transactions were performed in a central counting room ... money go up, change come back ... they made a bonging sound when they arrived back at the sales counters, and there was a constant bonging though the main floor amongst the general hubbub of thronging shoppers ... not too much different than the clanging that one-armed bandits make every time they paid out at the casinos ...

yup. People who are really wealthy (especially inherited wealth) look at money differently than normal folk do.

If I were to hit one of those really big lottos, one thing I'd splurge on is a nice perpetual mechanical watch. I'd expect to pay $40-50k for it. Will it keep time better than a $20 Timex? No. I just admire the absolute dedication to the craftsmanship that it takes to implement our freaky-assed calendar and time system based on nothing more than gears driven by a single spring. It won't even hurt when I write the check.

Rolls of US First Class stamps (66 cents) are being sold all over the internet 100 for $29.99, not $66.00, by Chinese storefronts, likely with CCP sanction. In-your-face counterfeits. Very puzzling why they aren’t shut down by the Feds.

I suppose the Feds are just too busy following J6ers, or parents PO’d about pornographic sex indoctrination in their kids’ schools to bother with untold $ losses to the USPS. Another nod to the CCP by The Big Guy?
