I am not sure where to get vitamin and mineral advice particularly ratios. Pcp sends me to nutritionist who is clueless. Osteopathy? Naturopaths?
I understand now that ratios od vitamins D magnesium and calcium have to be looked after to not demineralize bones or clog arteries.
Your thoughts appreciated.
I will leave this here and come back to it later.

amen brother! A true Godsend.
Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube....... He is good. I will always watch or skim his videos in my you tube feed. He had one the other day about getting rid of warts and those fugly brown out crops (skin tags) people get. The basic solution is a few drops of iodine on them for three weeks

I’m currently taking in iodine (Lugols) added to DMSO. Applying it to one knee that has ligament problems. Before applying 100% pure DMSO, one must add 25% pure water too it.

keep me posted on your progress. Iodine truly is a valuable mineral. A friend has the Merck medical handbook from 1899 and the 3 main treatments in it are whiskey, turpentine and iodine.
Iodine was widely used for all kinds of ailments several decades ago but big pharma crapped all over it to push their toxins.
Dr Joel Wallach. The dosage on the base nutritional plans are on the packaging. Specific dosages for maladies are found in his book “Let’s Play Doctor.”
There is a lot of information on the web. When my doctor wants to give me a prescription for something I look up the scrip med on the web and find out what it is supposed to do and all the side effects. Then I look up Alternatives to that med and so far I take no prescription drugs. Look up alternative treatments for the condition you are trying to correct. I have thus overcome arthritis that had me riding the go carts at WalmMart 25 years ago. I have corrected macular degeneration in my eye over 12 years. I have got my cholesterol down to safe numbers and substituted for statins which are more harm than good, and more.
I have taken D3 for 20 years and have not had any cold or flu or WuFlu in that time. D3 is also very good for clinical depression and manic depression. I have known 3 women to come out of that with D3, including my daughter. One took it for a year before I saw her again. She told me she was able to stop her methadone and has been good since (I hadn’t known). That makes sense as heroin addicts tend to be depressed when they get into it and they mostly seem to be night people who never see the sun. D3 is just sunshine in a gelcap. I take 5000 units(125mg) a day and double that out of paranoia(?) when WuFlu is in the air. The only downside to taking more than that is loss of appetite for me.
I don’t know much but do know it’s best to take D3 with K2, The K2 helps keep the calcium in your bones. D3 without K2 is how you lose the calcium.
I have an elderly friend who’s doctor was surprised to find out she stopped her precipitous bone loss by taking K2 even just 1-2 times/week while taking D3 daily.
He created food for people, not vitamin pills. Most are lab made synthetic vitamins, not from food sources. Gotta really look into things. Some decent food sourced vitamin companies get bought out and quality goes down.
You don’t lose the calcium, it clogs up your arteries without the k2. Coronary Artery Calcification.
bookmark.
Interesting. Read later.
Hooray for D3!
I am currently skipping the K2 for that. I am using Magnesium Glycinate along with D3 to counteract the D3 calcification problem. I take 10000 units D3 daily.
There is magnesium Bi-Glycinate by NOW FOODS (at Amazon and others___ Try Vitacost!) which is even gentler as far as magnesium giving some (just some!) people the runs or loose bowel movements.
Only negative for the Bi-Glycinate is that there is less magnesium per volume. The Magnesium gets diluted by being welded to two glycine molecules instead of one.
Of all the magnesium supplements I see the glycinate and bi-glycinate the most popular and most recommended.
