I am not sure where to get vitamin and mineral advice particularly ratios. Pcp sends me to nutritionist who is clueless. Osteopathy? Naturopaths?
I understand now that ratios od vitamins D magnesium and calcium have to be looked after to not demineralize bones or clog arteries.
Your thoughts appreciated.
I will leave this here and come back to it later.
Did the Lord not create the vitamins and minerals, since they all come from plants and animals. And wine is good for you in small doses, maybe that’s what he meant.
Registered dietician
You can also look up a functional medicine specialist. They are a “the good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow…Do good, anyway” (Mother Theresa) hybrid.
The presence of any article, book, or document in these databases does not imply an endorsement of, or concurrence with, the contents by NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), or the U.S. Federal Government.
The horror, a company that makes vitamins wants to sell them. I’m shocked!😳
Thanks for acknowledging that all those fake recommendations are written by paid influencers.
“Nutritionists are mainly focused on nutrition and how to eat health-wise.”
.....so that you don’t need to take vitamins and minerals. (which I don’t agree with BTW!)
I didn’t acknowledge anything. Anyone who believes reviews on the internet is a fool, just like anyone who buys Vitamins or a Tesla based on a FR recommendation is a fool. Knowledge is power.
And who is surprised that the NIH, NLM and the US Gov uses disclaimers to cover their asses? Come on man!

I concur. God desires us to have healthy vessels to house the Holy Spirit and maintaining good health, including consuming nutrients, is key to achieving that. What I don’t see as God ordained, is sorcery (root word pharmekia). Jesus Christ is our Great Physician!
I would just say nutritionists focus is on diet and exercise and the basics and less on supplements.
This is based on my conversations with family members in that area. I am no expert myself. They take supplements and have nothing against supplements. I am just not sure of their expertise in that area since they seem to focus less on it.
Good to consult your primary doctor, get educated on diet/nutrition (or consult a nutritionist) and also get savvy about supplements/minerals. All of the above.
Consult specialists who have devoted decades of their lives to a topic when you can.
Doctors are nothing but salesmen for Big Pharma.
Well that’s good for you, what do you suggest I do about my 3 year old Granddaughter who has a small tumor on her brain? Drs have already
started her on seizure medication, should we not use that sorcery inspired concoction?
I agree with ya in most cases, but there are some good reasons a person might need some drugs. You have to trust and talk to your Dr, and research your ailment.
lay hands on her and command healing into her body and that the devil leave. I know you’re being facetious in asking but the Word of God is VERY clear about how much power YOU have to command healing and the power and authority given to us over the enemy, which is where all sickness and disease come from.
Is that what your parents did to you when you were sick as a child? Have you tried this on your own sick kids when they had strep or Bronchitis or broken bone? Did it work?
my parents weren’t believers and I’m guessing you aren’t either. I’ve prayed over many, including myself, and was healed and saw healings. God is great and has great compassion on us and our health.
