Many aerosol sprays use propane as the propellant.

No, I have never gone overboard with spraying insecticide. I’ve never gone full retard either. Obviously an article written by a libtard.

That’s why I always use a 44 mag to whack cockroaches. Doesn’t cause explosions ... unless you accidentally hit a LP tank.

I have heard stories about people spraying a bug in their toilet then later using the john and flicking a cigarette butt in the toiled…

The only thing that I can think of that would justify such an over reaction is he had previously had one removed from his ear.

30+ years ago I started a small kitchen fire when a cricket behind the stove was driving me crazy. I sprayed a lot of WD-40 back there and then tossed a couple of firecrackers after the WD-40 had no effect.
Yes, alcohol was involved. Glad those days are over and that I survived.

They take their bug spray seriously in Japan. I was sitting in my landlord’s house in the little town of Hayama and we spotted a couple of mosquitos in the far corner of the room. “Watch this,” he sez, producing an aerosol can with a little pull-up spray barrel. One tiny spray, maybe a quarter of a second, and the evil little buggers death-spiraled into the ground. “Man,” I sez, “I wish that stuff was legal in the States.” It isn’t.

No word yet on whether the cockroach survived the explosion, At least the author did not leave us hanging.

A coworker accidentally set fire to the house he was renting while attempting to exterminate cockroaches using WD40 spray and a Bic lighter. The house was a total lost, I think the cockroaches made it out.
