I thought student athletes had to have an annual physical exam anyway? You’d think a doctor could check a box during the physical. Or is she saying no more medical exams to make sure your kid is fit enough to participate in sports?

Every sport I ever participated in during my school years required a physical. In order to not burden the poorer families with the cost, all physicals were given by a school supplied doctor.
We are left to conclude that AOC never participated in any sport but hiding the professor’s wienie. It explains her degree in economics with no retained knowledge.

Make it simple. Don’t separte the genders, make it one team. The entire complaint of title IX of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in any education program or activity that receives federal financial assistance. As long as there is no women’s or men’s program and it is created for both, then it is not discriminatory. To my knowledge, there is no progrm that women cannot compete against men in the NCAA or national federation that is not locally applied. Yet there are programs men cannot utilize as they don’t exist like field hockey and softball to go along with the already joint competitions not on the radar like equestrian.
Forget about the chromosomes, apply the sports to both concurrently. That is true equality. Separate but equal has never been less than a con job nor more than BS.

ALL children have already had a genital examination. It’s written on their birth certificate. Once is all that is necessary. If anyone chooses to dispute that finding, they should be the only ones examined.

1. All schoolchildren and (college-age) sports students engaging in competitive sports are already required to undergo a medical examination.
2. In almost all instances, any ordinary Joe off the street can easily distinguish between a normal person and a transsexual.
3. AOC is inventing / conjuring up gnats to strain at.

Why does AOC HATE the idea of women having their own sports? Perhaps she HATES women in general, and regrets ever being born a woman?
Maybe she watched “Kindergarten Cop” the previous evening and she remembered that line from one of the students.
