First, FSU plays in the ACC and the ACC is the red headed step child of the major conferences.

Second, they do not have the money or number of viewers as Texas and Alabama.

Weak schedule is typically a consideration when teams have identical records. Not in the case of an undefeated Power 5 who won their conference championship against two 1 loss teams.

The current NCAA “playoff” system is a joke, and the idea of excluding FSU is unconscionable.
