I can attest to Ginger tea and honey being beneficial to breathing. I don’t know about asthma, but some side effects I have from radiation, have been relieved from drinking hot ginger tea with honey.

I use local, unfiltered honey, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.

For optimum benefit of enzymes and antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, take at least one teaspoon before adding more to your hot drink. Honey loses beneficial qualities when heated higher than 110 degrees.

This is in keeping with my own experience—it was like a switch went off in two of my childrens’ brains. All the good memories, faith, and tenderness seems to have gone out of them.

Obviously, this is real, but is there an age that is more susceptible or perhaps a religious belief? I have several friends who took the shot for employment reasons, they are in their 50’s thru 70,s. their personalities have not appeared changed, each one is Christian.

Thanks Cleebie, I will do that, I love honey enough that I can take a teaspoon on its own. I know that microwaving or stove heating honey reduces its benefits, I didn’t relate that to hot tea.
