Oh, you have asthma too. Tough. I keep drinking hot ginger tea with honey, at least some symptomatic help.

——

I can attest to Ginger tea and honey being beneficial to breathing. I don’t know about asthma, but some side effects I have from radiation, have been relieved from drinking hot ginger tea with honey.

I use local, unfiltered honey, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Honey can be very beneficial for soothing and flavoring. It can also help alleviate outdoor allergy symptoms when it is produced in the local area (of the sufferer.) For optimum benefit of enzymes and antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, take at least one teaspoon before adding more to your hot drink. Honey loses beneficial qualities when heated higher than 110 degrees.

Local honey is what I eat to help with my allergy to pine trees that I live in the middle of.

It really works.

I will try your ginger tea and honey too.

Interesting it helps with the side effects from radiation; are they permanent or temporary?
