Harrowing story of J6 political prisoner
Twitter/x ^ | Nov 20 | BreannaMorello

Posted on 11/20/2023 5:12:23 AM PST by RandFan

@BreannaMorello

Sgt Ken Harrelson is a Floridian sitting in federal prison for walking into the Capitol.

Harrelson didn’t vote in 2020–he isn’t political.

The DOJ had Nancy Pelosi’s security detail provide false testimony during Harrelson’s trial, according to @TPC4USA .

Judge Mehta told Harrelson he didn’t believe he was the monster the federal government was making him out to be.

Judge Mehta then sentenced Harrelson to 4 years in prison and slapped on a terrorist enhancement.

Harrelson wife, @CajunQueen43, went to go pick up Ken’s belongs from the jail.

Ken had written “I’m not a domestic terrorist” several times on his notes.

Ken Harrelson has had countless rights violated throughout this whole process.

Ken Harrelson is current having his sentence appealed by the DOJ and they are also suing him.

The DOJ wanted him in prison for 15 years.

Before Harrelson’s trial, the VA reduced his benefits.

Guilty until proven innocent in Joe Biden’s America.

This is what tyranny looks like, and it's coming to all of us. They just haven't solidified the deal of capturing complete control. People had better wake up, and do so soon.

But you are just now asking this question?

It’s the Gulag Archipelago, U.S. style. Our illegitimate government makes war on protestors and makes them political prisoners. It is meant to quell all forms of dissent of the tyranny of the central government by instilling fear.

Why didn’t Trump pardon all of these people before he left office? I just don’t understand that.

“makes war on protestors” - Only on MAGA, non-Dem, or Republicans.

Many of them had not been identified or charged at that time yet.

That what’s they don’t understand. If there is no justice, eventually some targeted “suspect” will decide they would rather shoot it out than face a kangaroo court, add certain prison. Once that happens it will happen more, until it gets to the point whole neighborhoods are standing up to them.

Behind every blade of grass.

Whatever that means. Sounds like you are being sarcastic & think I am overplaying the threat.

Is that the case?

You are (rather badly) mistaken.

The reference is to a quote often attributed to Yamamoto.
And although it seems to be a false attribution, the quote is still accurate.

Essentially unixfox is saying that an overwhelming army of armed citizens are ready to resist tyranny if it ever comes to a shooting war.

Requires a conviction to pardon

No it doesn’t. That’s just your convenient excuse to try to absolve Trump.

Nixon was pardoned and was never tried or convicted.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eM9dGr8ArR0

In addition to President Gerald Ford’s pardon of President Richard Nixon after Watergate, we also have President Jimmy Carter’s pardon of Vietnam draft dodgers with Proclamation 4483 and President George H.W. Bush’s pardon of Caspar Weinberger.

You don’t get to make up facts because of your fealty to Trump makes for uncomfortable reality.

Trump COULD have done exactly what Carter did, with a stroke of a pen. He CHOOSE not to.

Some of them committed physical crimes, smashing windows, etc. These wee most likely the antifa instigators etc. So you really can't issue a blanket pardon.

Essentially unixfox is saying that an overwhelming army of armed citizens are ready to resist tyranny if it ever comes to a shooting war.

That is why I asked. Thanks for educating me. 🙂

Sadly though, I see the ability to work in unison sorely compromised, and knowing who can be trusted is yet another obstruction preventing working together in unison as an effective unit. As we have evidenced by the FBI in several actions they have infiltrated or created themselves to entrap others. Such as the supposed assassination operation against Michigan's governor, Gretchen Whitmer, and the J6 Fedsurection operation.

In other words, it's far more easier & effective to employ when combating invading forces from without. It becomes far more difficult from enemies from within, especially when they are in control of the levers of power. Mainly because the ability of like minded people to operate openly & freely towards even a defensive posture, let alone an offensive posture, is not easily accomplished.

As it starts to break, we may find out what we can or can't accomplish, but even at my age I'm more than willing to find out. They had it much easier subverting this nation than we will have defending her, because there were no laws preventing them from doing so. We will have laws arrayed against us, along with the weapons they possess. Hopefully we can attrite from them to equal the playing field, along with some patriot military personnel who will join us in defending the nation.

It all depends on how deep the tyranny has progressed.

No it doesn’t. See Nixon.

He could have issued a blanket pardon for all parties that day.

But, he would have taken so much shit for it, he wouldn’t be able to run again.

Why didn’t Trump pardon all of these people before he left office?

In the two weeks between January 6 and the beginning of the Biden Regime hardly any of the protesters had been identified or charged with any crimes.

How do you give a blanket pardon to anyone who may have been present at or near the protest for anything they may have done? Even if such a nebulous group pardon had been possible, it would have covered ANTIFA instigators and actual crimes committed by a few rioters and police while not covering defendants who were later charged and convicted of conspiracy despite being nowhere near DC on January 6.

If Trump or any other Republican is elected President next year, his first official act immediately after being sworn in should be to issue a blanket commutation of all sentences of all J6 protesters, immediately releasing them from the gulag and restoring all VA and other earned benefits. He can then begin an orderly process of reviewing and granting full pardons to those that apply for and deserve them (publicly releasing the evidence of innocence that was suppressed by the Biden Regime).

After being released from the gulag some protesters may not want pardons and the imputed acceptance of guilt and may prefer to fight to clear their names in court without the deck stacked against them. Also, a few protesters (and several government actors) committed genuine crimes and should not be granted pardons.
