Eye drops sold at CVS, Target, Walmart and Rite Aid are being recalled after federal officials found “unsanitary conditions” where they were manufactured, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The FDA said using the recalled eye drops, which are supposed to be sterile, can lead to eye infections or worsening eye problems.

....Barefoot workers and cracked floors were found at a factory that made recalled eyedrops, FDA says
You should see the way they made the masks everyone was wearing. Piles of them on a dirty floor, working barefoot.
But I don’t want to miss out on the Visine soaked Tide Pod challenge. What will my fellow TikTokers think of me?
The point of this isn't cost, it's control.
Americans men with jobs are not dependent on the State for survival, and aren't reliable Democrat voters.
I have some from the VA pharmacy and I was notified a few days ago that they had been recalled, so I pitched them.
“An easier solution—don’t use eye drops. Who needs them and why?”
Really? You’re that stupid?
I guess I must be to compete with you.
Some folks need them due to medical conditions such as a surgery, dry eye, or a scratch
She most likely uses artificial tears that keep the contact from drying out and protects the eyes
If you have high eye pressures, there are Rx drops for that.
Others may have glaucoma or other eye diseases. Macular degen. comes to mind too.
But, as you get older it is common for your eyes to not produce enough natural tears to lubricant your eyes. Becomes painful and potentially damaging.
And if that’s not bad enough, it is often accompanied by “dry mouth”. You do not produce enough saliva to lubricant and protect your throat and gums. Painful and prone to resulting in bad breath, tooth decay and throat infections.
I hope you’re lucky and don’t experience these unpleasant consequences of out living the National average.
Visine can kill you if you ingest it by mouth.

I thoughy visine in a drink was the old barrenders trick to get even with a Ahole customer???
I have a dry eye condition brought about by Lasix surgery many moons ago. I do not buy store brand eyedrops. My eyesight is very precious to me, and the kind that my ophthalmologist recommends don’t even come in a store brand. At least my HSA covers it.
Seems to me that ANYONE who goes to Walmart already has vision problems...or they wouldn’t be there.
What I don’t understand about this is that I remember this happening like a month ago. And here it is happening again like it never happened before. Eye drops at Wal-mart and drug stores.
I have used American Biotics silver solution for my eyes. Better than regular drop, IMO. (10 ppm works best for me).
Well old people like me do for sure.
Manufactured in India.
“Bad Apu. Bad”
I’ve got chronic dry eye and use Systane complete. Glad they’re not on the list but am going to check and see where they are made. Had no idea they outsourced eye drops of all things. Kinda important to inspect these facilities I would think geesh.
Where were they made?
