Update: Criminal Defense Attorneys for Fulton County 2020 Ballot Review Case Abruptly File Motion to Withdraw Representation For Fulton County Respondents

Yes, there is still a pending lawsuit regarding the 2020 Presidential Election in Fulton County.  Favorito et al v Wan et al was filed back in December 2020 in the Fulton County Superior Court but was abruptly dismissed in October 2021 for issues over standing.  The plaintiffs appealed and eventually had the dismissal overturned after the Georgia Supreme Court ruled on a key case, Henry County Board of Commissioners v Sons of Confederate Veterans, that ensured voters do have standing to bring a case.

In the early stages of the Favorito case, back in May 2021, The Gateway Pundit reported that Respondents in the case had retained Donald Samuel and Amanda Clark, two top criminal defense lawyers, in the civil case that was attempting to review the physical paper ballots in the county.  The pair of attorneys were representing Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections’ Teresa Crawford and Aaron Johnson, the two Democratic Members.

When the case was remanded back to the Superior Court, rather than be assigned to the original judge, Judge Brian Amero, it was instead assigned the Judge Robert McBurney.  On May 16, 2023, Favorito filed a motion to recuse Judge McBurney after he presided over Fulton DA Fani Willis’s 2020 Election grand jury and released private excerpts from the grand jury report, according to a VoterGA Press Release.  Despite Georgia law requiring the motion to be addressed within 90 days, it is still awaiting a decision and a trial date.

On Tuesday, the criminal defense attorneys for Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections’ Aaron Johnson and Teresa Crawford filed a motion with the Court to withdraw as attorneys for the Respondents.

As we can see, DNC stooges like Brian “Brain” Amero and Robert “Bobby Scofflaw” McBurney formed a phalanx with like-minded black-robed stooges across the country to prevent ANY examination of the dirty, rigged 2020 “election”.

They know how dirty it is and want nothing to do with defending it.

Contrary to the common assumption that attorneys actively help their clients to lie, attorneys are under a strict, bright line ethical prohibition against putting false testimony and evidence before a court. Granting that there are more than a few attorneys who go just that, most of them do not and will withdraw from a case if they learn that a client has engaged in or intends to engage in perjury. That is the most likely reason as to why Fulton County’s attorneys filed the motion to withdraw.

Was it ever resolved what blew up the car of the boyfriend of Brian Kemp’s daughter.... the boyfriend (Harrison Deal) being a staffer to Kelly Loeffler?

“Granting that there are more than a few attorneys who do just that, ...”.

I am glad you included that line because I have yet to meet a lawyer who gives a serious f**k about ethics. And the closer they get to politics the less they care.

My late father was an honest lawyer and honest judge, I was an honest lawyer when I was in practice before retiring, and I have known other honest lawyers as close friends. In confirmation of your suspicion though, one often has to fight with crooks of all types as a lawyer, including lawyers and judges at times. For the honest, the legal profession has some extra burdens.

Here's a funny true story. On a trip down state, I went to the office of a lawyer friend to meet him for lunch. As I was waiting in the anteroom while he finished a meeting with a client, I and his secretaries heard garbled yelling and shouting in Spanish from behind the closed door to his office.

Suddenly, the door burst open, with the argument continuing in Spanish as my friend (a Cuban-American) angrily and firmly escorted his client out of the office. As I soon learned at lunch, my friend had immediately fired his client because the client had lied to him and expected him to help put the lie over on the court.

Through honest hard work, my Cuban lawyer friend has earned enough to live in a large, multi-million house that he owns in Palm Beach on the barrier island just down the road from Mar-a-Largo. And part of our friendship over the years has been satisfaction in sticking it to crooks in law and politics.

Georgia Supreme Court ruled on a key case, Henry County Board of Commissioners v Sons of Confederate Veterans, that ensured voters do have standing to bring a case.

Yes, and the State of Texas also had proper standing in 2020 to bring its lawsuit about the 2020 election, but the U.S. Supreme Court didn't want to get involved.

What happens now?

The case that considered standing was appealed and found that voters have standing.
In the case at issue, an Admission was presented to the court that evidence of ballots was destroyed / lost, subjecting the case to the Brady rule.
The attorneys prosecuting the case requested the court remove them as counsel.
The certification of election for GA for Congress is now void for the 2020 election, and fed employees seated as a result of the election shall be removed. Congress needs to deal with terms for allowing GA to certify elections again.

Tucker Carlson WRT Duplicate Ballots, Falsified Tally
Sheets, and Mail-In Ballot Fraud in Fulton County, Georgia

“It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November (2020). That is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true.

Surveillance footage obtained by VoterGA shows large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention to the women wearing yellow at the desk. According to VoterGA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots, and then reinserts the same ballots. (below)

This happens multiple times. The question is, how many times were these ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won’t answer that question.

Now, one way to know that answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the 2020 election, Fulton County failed to provide more than 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them from mail-in ballots.

When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here’s what the audit found. Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals... For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgenson.

Wait, did you just follow that?

How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?”
