“We got 5 inches of rain”
Wow! I hope your town has a good drain system.
“South Park” ripped them apart in an episode.
I think I may have seen that but not quite sure. lol
No flooding in my little town, buy Lisbon Falls, Lewiston and Auburn had some flooding.
The Androscoggin River can be quite dangerous if someone screws up and thinks they can mess with it.
The Falls in Lisbon were just ROARING as they flowed down river.
Scarey stuff!
It IS childish, and I can’t stand either one of them.
They deserve each other!
They are robbing their children of their British heritage
and that is a shame.
The children will be very angry one day, and who could blame them?
Hi Norsky, I know you read the threat matrix. I just posted the following question, you have any thoughts?
To: Godzilla
“OBSERVATION - As much as I’d like to say to NY, tough, you asked for it, I see the potential for the collapse of illegal (NOT ‘migrants’) social services in NYC as well as other major metro areas starting a domino effect that could result in unrest and violence by illegals spreading across the country. The overloading of social service systems is deliberate in that it helps forward the WEF’s borderless vision of the world, pushing forward with the global ‘replacement’ efforts to eliminate western culture and standards.”
How will the Collapse help? Violence by illegals happens, then our military or UN step in with a coup?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY tomorrow!

Hey you!
*HUG*
Long time no see!
How are you?
Neck pain any better?
The chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the Nestle’s chocolate chip bag is the best. Add as many nuts as you want.
Neck was horrible yesterday, went to a restaurant for lunch and quick trip to Walmart and got in awful pain. Last night I laid down watching TV Anand wore Mt soft brace for a little time of comfort and went to sleep. So woke up with one side hurting. I just washed a few dishes and watered my plants and now that side is trying to act up again, so, will just have to rest.
How are you?
Isn’t it awful when you can’t even do normal things and fun things like shopping and lunch without it causing you pain?
I know how that is, and I’m sorry you have to go through it.
Back is acting up a bit because of the power outage and the deluge of rain-5 inches of it, and all that it entails.
It was fast moving though- last night it was clear as a bell.
and the night sky was just spectacular, and the half moon was so bright you could almost read by it!
The damage it left behind was sufficient!
The power came back on at 10:30 this morning, and had been out since the 18th. We take so much for granted, and then when you are without it, well it’s challenging!
The hardest work was what hubby did to keep us warm and dry.
He’s very tired today, poor guy!
I was wondering how you were faring in all the rain.
You are lucky to have a good man, and he’s lucky to have you!
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY tomorrow!”
I have norsky’s birthday as 12-14 Is that correct norsky?
“The chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the Nestle’s chocolate chip bag is the best”
Yes it is. That is the one my husband always used.
Recipe on back of chips bag. Yes I forgot😊 I’m so used to getting recipes on line or from cookbooks. I have quite a few bags of chips on hand. Semi-sweet, dark n butterscotch. I ordered from Amazon various things for cookies for Christmas but now will be Jan gifts! But who knows maybe Valentine’s Day

Aw....thank you, Sis!
We tackled it together!
We were cozy in the kitchen with the wood stove crackling..
eating supper together by candle light and artificial light.
Chatting and listening to reports by radio and through
hubbys smart phone.
Our neighbors to the left of us,the neighbors across the way and us on the end were all calling around to each other.
The first two houses one this road are snobs and don’t talk to anyone.
Outside you could hear the generators running. and that’s expensive!
It cost us 45 bucks in gas for just two nights!
We fared pretty well, though!
💤♥️💤
To bed…been texting back forth w various family members re: a family death in Europe.. I’m quite tired. Nite everyone. MsB glad you have power, didn’t get washed away and your sweet hubby can relax!
Hope you had a romantic time in front of that crackling wood stove and no internet or TV

Biden, Harris, Marine One, Air Force One, Lincoln Memorial Grafitti. CRAZY BUSY DAY!
“Where do I begin? Marine One, the Confederate Memorial removal from Arlington, the VP’s motorcade, the VP giving a speech, Air Force One, graffiti at the Lincoln Memorial, Marine One returning, Biden taking a question. Did I forget anything? Oh yeah! MY LUNCH. I’m starving.”

“The hardest work was what hubby did to keep us warm and dry.”
We won’t ask, Ms.B. Although we know that the warming up did not take place in the shower this time, as you were warm AND dry.”
;)
“Yup I posted that awhile ago”
I’m sorry, I haven’t caught up. Actually I had that sitting on my computer since this morning. Kind of like when I write out a text message but forget to send it
