I prefer the live stream directly from Singapore but the Saturday times don’t work for me. You get the whole live stream service including amazing worship - beautiful, not as much rock and roll. I’d recommend the live stream directly from Singapore if you can.

Note: If Joseph Prince is out of the country, another pastor will preach the sermon. But so far I love every one of his pastors. Hope you like it and I hope the Gospel of the Grace of Christ sets you free over time like it did me.

Well that makes sense. If you ever listened to some of these “religious” people, well, enough said lol.

That chicken is smelling mighty fine. I seasoned it with a bit of celery salt and black pepper. Taters are bubbling away.

I got my grocery order picked up today, so there are anchovies and capers waiting on my next burst of energy. Those capers are big. They’re about twice the size of a good sized peppercorn. I don’t chop them up, really?

Here's one from my late mother's recipe book.

boneless chicken breasts
oil
Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp white wine per breast
salt
pepper

Sprinkle the chicken with spices, dip in the oil, and cover with the breadcrumbs. Place in a baking pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

At the 15-minute point, spoon the wine onto the chicken, and cover with aluminum foil.

At the 35-minute point, remove the foil.

For gut meats, I prefer chicken livers to hearts and gizzards.

Here's one from my late mother's recipe book.

chicken livers
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder
rosemary

Remove the fat from the livers. Place the oil in a frying pan and add the livers, trying to maintain a single layer. Sprinkle with spices. Saute over medium flame, brown on one side, then turn and brown on the other side.
