Let’s keep in contact about what we learned about pain relief for the back. After I have my sinus surgery I’ll be returning to the pain management group for evaluation again. I am also looking for noninvasive ways to take the edge off the pain primarily. Many people say acupuncture helps may. It’s expensive for my budget not covered by insurance

ya, if you think about it, lots of pain is from inflammation of the surgical site due to trauma. Them of course pain travels. It is important to deal with the pain no matter the source because it helps you heal faster. But if you overmedicate it also causes problems.

Farm is good, have some goats due in January. Finally getting finished repairs and cleaning up after the storm (tornado?) hit us. It really buried us for a while.

Not that your efforts are unappreciated, norsky, but that looks just a tad too much like a rainbow boat. We don’t want anyone getting the wrong idea about us. We may be a little off center, but not that far off. The rust is a nice touch though.
