I’ve been told
Someone in the know
Can be sure that his luck is as good as gold
Money in the bank
And you don’t even pay for it, if you fold
A dollar in the shape
Of the pyramid that’s printed on the back
-Alan Parsons Project
The Federal Reserve is neither federal nor has reserves.”
You are correct, and sadly, 99.9% of the people don’t even know this.

I told a bank employee this in a bank one day...
..he looked at me like I was nuts...
Even bank employees have
zero idea
how the
debt based fiat
counterfeit currency
scam works.
.
Unless they’ve actually taken college level courses ,
then they wouldnt talk about it even if you threatened them with a gun.
Such things dont bother amoral Darwinists.
That’s because the IRS is the collection agent for the Federal Reserve.
The ability for the globalists and the Left to continue our march towards socialism is completely fueled by the fiat currency system! If we are EVER going to have a chance to defeat the Left and their so far successful plans to bring on complete socialism - we must END or have an alternative (ie opt-out) way to the US Dollar and the fiat currency system!! If we really wanted to end the Left’s power in our country- we need to destroy their ability to fund their plans on enslaving us….. and it starts by destroying their access to unlimited money!! It’s hard to believe that the majority, on our side, doesn’t understand this basic principle! It’s frustrating quite honestly….
It's now 110 YEARS later and look where we are. God help us!
END THE FED TODAY!
Constitutional amendments have to be ratified by three-quarters of the states so there is a lot of blame to be shared by the state legislatures...a President cannot add an amendment single-handedly.
re: a President cannot add an amendment single-handedly.
It’s called an executive order, national security council memo, national security directive and if it’s a matter of national security, it does not have to be put into the public record. Presidents have been creating secret laws and secret governments outside of constitutional limits since the Civil War.
I know—the Presidents in recent decades have gotten away with lots of things that would have appalled the Founding Fathers. As you indicate, some of this goes back to the days of Abraham Lincoln. But what’s the Constitution between friends, anyway? The Bill of Rights is in many ways a dead letter nowadays, especially for people deemed political opponents of the powers that be.
Until the 17th Amendment, no republic in history denied the lawmaking consent of component members.
The 17A pulled the keystone from the Framers’ Constitution.
While the Constitution and subsequent laws and court rulings still act on the states, the states have no say in the government of their creation.

Gosh! I wish I was as smart as you. Now everyone knows how smart you are. Maybe the smartest guy on FreeRepublic today.
LOL - that cracked me up! What a good point. Friends don't need constitutions.
- Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore no laws are needed in that model.
We've lived so comfortably under love that none of us have the criminal mind to perceive the subtle harm that has secretly been done to us for generations.
Yes indeed!
Yes.
The appointed Senators were the protectors of the 10th Amendment.
Once they were gone, all barriers to unlimited Federal expansion disappeared.
1913 really was the year of Progressive victory: Direct election of Senators; the Income Tax; The Federal Reserve.
The New Deal would have looked a lot different if none of those had been in place in 1933.
“The appointed Senators were the protectors of the 10th Amendment.”
Were they really? I think the income tax amendment was the big change. Millions more for the federal government. A useful experiment would have been to space out the two changes and see how protective of state powers senators elected the old way would have been once they got all that money.
<>The New Deal would have looked a lot different if none of those had been in place in 1933.<>
Great point. The 17A made the New Deal possible. Few elected senators were willing to push back against the enormously popular FDR. By 1945, when FDR ended up appointing eight of nine Scotus judges, the demise of our Constitutional order was in sight.
And other people would say it was the Federal Reserve that was the biggest change.
Unlimited money creation, just as the US dollar became the international currency.
Fact is, all three were important, and each became more significant because of the other two.
