The US Constitution embodies the Age of Enlightenment and is its highest achievement, its most enduring legacy.
However humanly flawed, or not, the Constitution and related documents are who we are and always will be as Americans.

Without the Constitution there is no United States of America, there is only a loose collection of multiple groups in cities and states often at odds with each other and willing to put their own special interests ahead of the greater national good.
Without the Constitution the USA can only be united by tyranny and oppression.
So, if the Constitution fails & falls by anything other than constitutional processes -- i.e., amendments, a new constitutional convention, etc. -- then the United States will also fall, and our demise will not be as relatively peaceful and was the Old Soviet Empire in 1990.

That's why I'll say again, if you are here to advocate for the destruction of the US Constitution, then you can burn in heck -- and if such Bowdlerism offends you, then slither back under your rock, snowflake.

I’m here and supporting FR because I have been kicked off of Twitter. Eventually, all Conservatives or Rightists of any description will be kicked off of all Corporate Social Media and will end up here, or at The Conservative Treehouse, or no-where.

(And the fate of FreeDominion in Canada shows what is eventually in store for FreeRepublic and the Conservative Treehouse.)

The fact that will happen is both a demonstration of the failure of “Constitutional Conservatism” and gonzo libertarianism ‘Da free market, Muh’ capitalism !

I used to believe that Constitutional Conservatism on the US model was the way to go. But the last few years have shown it to be totally failed. It was failing a long time ago. We just pretended not to notice.

This guy went thru the same sort of awakening in 2020 and his video (11 min) explains better than I can how and why the Constitution failed. And why it can’t be revived.
