I liked the artistry of the picture. But I believe Putin is not the evil person he is portrayed as. I believe he has taken on the dirty thankless job of cleaning out corruption in Ukraine. Time will tell.

Not evil. I think he loves Russia. That said, he is ruthless, cold, shrewd, and without a shred of remorse. He will do what he has to do.
