Since I'm a scientist and literally have dozens of textbooks worth of STEM knowledge stuffed into my head, I don't need to plagiarize what others wrote. I read medical scientific literature every day and know what I'm talking about.

First of all, links to blogs are not scientific references. So I will skip the blog and move on to the Cell article.
The Cell article (which I have actually read several times since it was published) only mentions that they found vaccine mRNA through RT-PCR analysis of GCs. This is very much a stand-alone finding; it is not placed into any context of, for example, viral mRNA longevity in the GCs. GC is short for “Geminal Center.” This is the location of the lymph node where B-cells differentiate and mature. The GCs typically hold on to pathogen originated biological molecules for a prolonged period of time in order to mature the B-cells (which in turn produce the antibodies). Furthermore, this mRNA may still be encapsulated within the nanoliposomes, as I discuss further down. What this does NOT provide evidence for is the antivax fearmongering about mRNA altering DNA. Within the GCs, as elsewhere in the body, mRNA does not enter the cell nucleus or mitochondria (the two places where DNA lives) and does not interact with DNA.
I will note here that the study published in Cell found that GCs in lymph nodes of people with severe Covid were damaged. This helps to explain why people with Covid sometimes fail to produce an immune response, or their immune response is weak. It also helps to explain why Covid is so serious and life-threatening.
Here is a study that more directly examined the persistence of vaccine mRNA: “Vaccine mRNA Can Be Detected in Blood at 15 Days Post-Vaccination.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9313234/
The authors of this study found vaccine mRNA in the serum fraction of blood as many as 15 days after vaccination. However, they pointed out that this is probably still encapsulated within the LNP, since naked mRNA would be degraded almost immediately upon contact with serum. However, they found almost no mRNA in any of the blood cells after day six. What this suggests to me is that the adhesion of the LNPs to cell membranes with subsequent fusing and release of contents into the cytoplasm is inefficient, but once it occurs, the vaccine components rapidly undergo enzymatic degradation.
The authors of this study hypothesized that the persistence of mRNA-containing LNPs in serum helps to strengthen the immune response. Serum flows in the lymphatic fluid as well as the blood; the adaptive immunity response (i.e. B- and T-cell maturation and antibody production) takes place in lymph nodes.
And this does not invalidate my statement that mRNAs typically have a half-life of hours. This is just as true of the vaccine mRNA. The only reason it lasts longer in certain cases is because the LNP protects it from RNAse mediated degradation. If that vaccine mRNA were injected directly as a solution without the LNPs to protect it, I doubt it would last long enough to reach the lymph nodes.
My last comment is on Dr. Robert Malone, or, as I knew him, Bob. I do not know why he is so set on spreading misinformation to conservatives; he did not seem like a kook when I worked in his lab as a new grad student or years later when I saw him giving a seminar. So, why is he targeting conservatives? Perhaps he started doing this to undermine Trump. I suspect that a lot of leftists are specifically marketing antivax propaganda to conservatives initially to undermine Trump and now to discredit conservatives (and get us to die in higher numbers from Covid). Bob struck me as fairly liberal and his wife Jill even more so. He knows as well as I do that laypeople do not typically have the education or experience to read the scientific literature. But he uses that knowledge to bamboozle people and scare them using scientific terminology that sounds daunting, while I use that knowledge to try to educate people.

I spent too much time reading peer reviewed articles on the subject and looking up definitions when I was confined for 3 months after breaking 9 ribs.
I do believe the medical industry uses a lot of obscure jargon and definitions for a reason other than accurate descriptions, they avoid saying obvious things in plain language for marketing reasons .

187 days was the upper limit of the study not the life of the modified mRNA.

A vaccine is a substance (known as an antigen) that the immune system recognizes as foreign. The immune system then develops T- and B-cells that specifically recognize and bind to that antigen. The B-cells, in turn, make antibodies that attach to the antigen.
Regardless of what antivax quacks tell you, very few vaccines are actually made to fight against pathogens. The vast majority of vaccines are made to be given to animals to cause them to make antibodies. Those vaccines have nothing to do with infectious disease prevention, since most of their antigens do not come from pathogens. In the biotech world, we use those antibodies for research. Antibodies are also used in diagnostic testing. Any drug whose name ends with “mab” is a monoclonal antibody initially created by vaccinating an animal.
Of course the Covid vaccine is a vaccine in the scientific sense of the word. It causes the body to produce T- and B-cells and antibodies.

I might take ivermectin if I develop a parasitic worm disease, although I think newer and more effective anthelminthics are available. I give my cats a drug out of that same class once a month to prevent heartworms.
As for hydroxychloroquine (and chloroquine), those used to be effective against the malarial parasite. However, many malaria parasites are now resistant to those drugs, so I would probably take something else if I were unlucky enough to catch malaria.
Under no circumstances would I take a parasite medication to try to fight a viral infection. Viruses are more different from parasites than roses are from sea cucumbers. In order to fight a disease, you have to take a drug specifically designed to fight it.

and we have all seen the big pharma drug commercials on TV with the long list of legal disclaimers at the end LOL !
