Scary video. When we took an impulse trip to Philly in 1976, the town was painted up for a celebration they thought would happen. Well, my husband and I showed and and about a handful of others. We were young and naive from a small city. Walked the town and they had even painted all the row houses. No lines anywhere. Now that was 1976 and people were afraid to visit there. And now you show today. Sad.
