It’s the 1st day of Fall and this sounds really good.....
🥕⭐️ Best Carrot Cake Ever ⭐️🥕
Ingredients:
6 cups grated carrots
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Step1: In a medium bowl, combine grated carrots and brown sugar. Set aside for 60 minutes, then stir in raisins.
Step2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 10 inch cake pans.
Step3: In a large bowl, beat eggs until light. Gradually beat in the white sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in the pineapple. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, stir into the wet mixture until absorbed. Finally stir in the carrot mixture and the walnuts. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Step4: Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. When completely cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting.

I think your carrot cake recipe sounds divine.
I just have to convert it to the “flour” and sweetener I can use. I have several pounds of carrots, so, I’m good, there.
I saw an apple cider donut cake, the other day, that looked amazing, too,

Can you hear me laughing? At our party today everyone was so excited that the cake was carrot. Ugh! Not my cake and especially a carrot roll with cream cheese icing.

LG I'm thinking your recipe would work with zucchini. My husband would like the carrots because he loves both pineapple and carrots. I would put zucchini but darn I didn't buy extra this year and freeze it. Pineapple and walnuts, wow!

She dated a Democrat. She had to know who this guy was. He’s well known in her parts (I mean the parts she lives in ;) She dated a well-known Democrat creep who ran a gay bar or something like that? And that dress! Hoochie mama! I’m surprised she didn’t have hungry infants after her!
She may have been set up, but she certainly walked into it with both barrels blazing, if you get my drift.
