I was like you the other day. I had some Cajun burgers and ground beef to mix. It saves me trying to figure out spices. Mine wasn't exciting but it was a hit and it was just simple meatloaf but with a kick. The guys loved it. You could put several of your tomatoes in a food processer with your filler (mine was oats) and the left over I froze in a bag for my next meatloaf. Not exciting but easy.
