So let me get this straight. The entire senate is jettisoning its storied history and debasing itself before the world to accommodate the slovenliness of one man, John Fetterman? Will a single Senator object to this humiliation?

Fox confirms that the Senate will no longer enforce a dress code for senators. Senators can now what ever they want. However, others entering the chamber must comply with the dress code. Coats/ties for men. Business attire for women

Very little rain, but the WIND was terrible!
The power would come on for 5 minutes
then cut back out for an hour and so on, all day long.
It finally came back on and STAYED, LOL.
I didn’t post yesterday as I was so tired and grouchy
it was better that I didn’t!
Today was gorgeous and in the low 70s.
Just perfect!
She reminds me of me, when I was younger
and full if P*** and vinegar!

We are about 10 miles inland from Freeport, and about 20 miles from Brunswick, so there were no coastal issues here.
We were more concerned about a few of the Wolf Trees coming down. Wolf trees are what some people call the really old trees up here. Ours are mostly Wolf Pine Trees, and some
are VERY very old. Thankfully, we have just the blow down to pick up, but not today!
I washed my kitchen floor and my back was screamin.’!
Horrible, and bums me out not to be able to do simple
things like that without pain!

I remember when I bought the kittens, the house from Aldi’s, and have some kind of scratchy material for the floor. Not one of them went in it, but they all played in and on the box
