I hope it’s as cute and fun as it looks. I got the heat mat the size that will fit on the bottom floor. Then hubby said he can add added insulation if it’s needed.
He’s the one that found this house, I asked him if we wanted to spend this much money on just this one litter and he said it won’t be the last. lol. Then when I told him my idea that we could have named the black and white kitties that came from the Sheriff’s Department andy, barney, Thelma Lou beatrice, and something else, he said we could save those for the next litter.
I guess he is resigned to his fate. I hope it turns out that way, if I can’t find great homes I’ll be keeping some and won’t be able to do more litters.

Yes. We brought her indoors about a year after the kittens came in. She absolutely won't be picked up, but she'll snuggle, loves to be petted, and is the chattiest of all the cats. About 1:00 every day, she comes to Hubby and screams at him, "It's time for our nap!" (At least we're pretty sure that's what she's saying.)

I recall that we added Styrofoam to the inside of the dog house we got. Also added another small door at the opposite end of it since cats are leery about only one entrance/exit.

Tyson Foods, the world’s second-largest processor and marketer of meat, has announced a joint venture with Protix, the world’s largest insect factory, to delve into the world of insect protein and lipid production, targeting the pet food, aquaculture, and livestock industries.
However, the question that looms large is, do insect proteins really hold the key to sustainability, or is this just a trendy leap onto the bandwagon of alternative protein sources?
Tyson Foods and Protix envision an insect protein processing facility on American soil that seeks to transform food manufacturing byproducts into insect proteins and lipids.
According to CNN, “that facility will use animal waste to feed black soldier flies, which will then be turned into food for pets, poultry and fish… Those flies are not going into human food, at this point.”

Well that’s weird! I took it from X, saw it didn’t connect, went to look for it, and it’s gone! Grrrr. And I was up half the night preparing it!
It was a mountain of barbequed ribs, baked potatoes loaded with the works, schwarma (I think that’s what it’s called where they slice the meat off as the huge piece turns slowly over the heat) freshly made doughnuts.....what a waste.
Oh well. I guess it’s pot luck for the rally! Bring whatever you like.
