All I came up with is that it’s our side that created the double, so making one from the enemy camp a doddering fool might make it easier for the public, especially lefties, to say goodbye to him.

Went to the laundromat early this morning.
Then we went by a flooring store to get an idea what flooring we might want for the master bath and laundry room.
Home Depot next to continue looking at flooring and BR vanities.
I wanted to go to Lowes too but hubby had enough for one day.
Just happy to be at this stage of looking.😊

A) Jordan: We made the pitch to numbers on the resolution as a way to lower the temperature and get back to work. We decided that wasn’t where we’re gonna go. I’m still running for speaker and I plan to go to the floor and get the votes and win this race.
B) Jordan: But I want to go talk to my colleagues particularly want to talk with the 20 individuals who voted against me so that we can move forward and begin to work.

Donalds on plan to install McHenry as Spkr Pro Tempore: The resolution is dead…some of my colleagues that wanted to support it. I understand why, but I just don’t think that it’s gonna happen. we do not have support in our conference for it..McHenry does not support this.

Have you heard it and when the House is voting today?
I heard earlier 1pm EDT but that has come and gone.
Good, we have at least ONE Congressman with a brain.
The only thing I can think of is that the guy has assumed room temperature, and they want that hidden lol. But when I start thinking like that, my cray cray radar goes off and I come back to logic and reality. It’s just no fun being a “black and white” person. Let’s face it, if one reads between the lines, they can make up just about anything....the only thing between the lines is blank spaces lol.
Jordan says he’s go8ng to talk to the people that voted against him. That’s all I know.
