Cousin in EP said that these illegals are now roaming her (and, other) neighborhoods.....walking up to people as they leave restaurants, etc., asking for money.
She saw an adult male directing a young boy to her group of friends. Both the man and kid were very nicely dressed. Brand new, clean clothes, shoes, etc.
NOT anything like the illegals from Mexico, who beg at the bridge/downtown, in dirty, old clothes.
