The night shift was a little more quiet than usual without you. I am glad, however, that you slept through it lol. I left you a snack in the kitchen, but it can keep (unless exit sees it, then goodbye snack). I heard lysie trudging down the hall (she must still be hurtin’) to start breakfast, so I had to clean up really quickly. I left a few crumbs, and a couple of dishes, but if she says anything, I’m telling her it was sweetie. She’s soooooo fussy about her kitchen!

Watching House Republicans it’s hard to avoid the conclusion that, as a whole, they don’t really *want* to run the House. They prefer being the opposition. Voters gave them the majority, and they’ve been uncomfortable ever since. Working to regain the minority in 2024.
Ha! How about the 3 AMers? The Piddle and Post Club? The Midnight Posters? After Thoughts? The Sleepless Car (as opposed to the sleeping car on a train lol).
