The contractor finally called hubby back and hubby yelled at him.
He still maintains that he has not got the final approval from insurance to begin.
Hubby slammed the phone down on him and called the claims guy, who informed hubby he was on the phone with contractor and would call him right back.
Claims guy said he sent contractor an e-mail on the 2nd, 3rd, and last Tuesday then hubby got cut off, calls back and talks to the machine, grrrrr, waiting for call back.
