My friends were walking their little dachshund and a pit came up, unprovoked, and attacked it. Thank goodness it survived after a $1,000 vet bill, but it must have suffered. I do not like pit bulls. They say, “It’s not the dog’s fault; it was raised wrong.” But if you or your pet get attacked, it’s not going to be any consolation to you that the dog was “raised wrong.”

New York judge issues gag order after Trump attacks clerk on Truth Social

NEW YORK — The judge overseeing former President Trump’s New York fraud trial issued a limited gag order for all parties on Tuesday after Trump’s Truth Social account made a post targeting the judge’s principal clerk while she sat just feet away from him in the courtroom.
Judge Arthur Engoron issued the gag order barring Trump and any party in the case from posting or speaking publicly about members of his staff after Trump released personally-identifying information about his principal clerk on Truth Social while the hearing was underway.

We were able to get her some news, the accident was filed along with an arrest report.
The sheriff’s office will be forwarding a copy to the apartment owners so they can get started with the insurance to fix our friend’s and the next apt. over from her, he drove into both of them.
I had a neighbor who got 2 pit bulls. They would attack anyone going down the street in my rural area. One day my son yelled at me that he couldn’t ride his bike home. I saw the 2 dogs, grabbed a piece of firewood and walked towards my son. they attacked me, went straight for my leg. I hit the first one real hard on the back before it bit me. They all backed off. I think I killed the dog, ran skreeching back to its house. Never saw it again. I know some of them though can be nice dogs if razed properly, but they are bred for fighting. They are kamikaze like attack dogs.

I don’t know who will be the next Speaker but I hope whoever it is will take note of what just happened today.
Starlit....I heard this guy YEARS ago. I heard him say he slept with aliens. It’s not bologna, but if it makes you feel better to think so, go ahead. I’m not lecturing you. I did not know if you were aware of this, and thought it was a good piece of information in case anyone wanted to check the man out.
I really don’t care how much time you spend listening to him.....if the man thinks he sleeps with aliens and has since he was 5 years old, he’s as nutty as a fruitcake, in my humble opinion. You may think that’s perfectly normal, but most people do not. I don’t need heck of a lot of time to make that assessment.
Now, rather than scoff at me in a condescending manner for an informative post that you don’t like, just scroll past and ignore it, as we’re supposed to do. I was adding some information of which I was unsure anyone else was aware. We need as much information as possible if we’re going to become well informed.
Good news. I think. Time will tell.
Let’s hope the losers won’t vote for a Democrat in spite.
