Due process provided by the U.S. Constitution and federal law allows Trump’s legal team not only to the discovery the government provides, but to any and all information, document, witness within the government as a whole.
The game we’re playing in this thread is you’re Trump’s lawyer and you get to subpoena anyone in government either previously or currently employed, and/or any document. To play the game:
1.) State the person’s name or the document that you would subpoena.
2.) State the reason you want that person or document.

In fact, that statement alone should serve as the basis to dismiss any of these charges against Trump.
Trump should demand a trial by jury. Expose it all to the public.
On the grounds that no judge has a right to take a declared candidate and tell him he cannot campaign and speak. And that does not even include the obvious that it is clearly a fake case designed as a political tool.
Yeah, they can accept it. And Jack is headed for his next Supreme Court defeat. It’ll happen sooner than you think too.

The case may get thrown out in the Supreme Court, the idea that a judge has no right to tell a declared candidate he can’t campaign, tell that to the 1/6 defendants who have been in prison for nearly 3 years and still don’t have a trial date, when the right to a speedy trial is guaranteed by the Constitution.
Yes, it’s a fake case, that doesn’t mean it’s not real, this idea that the case is fraudulent and can be dismissed is a total fallacy, it’s serious and needs to be treated as such, what happens if the Supreme Court rejects the case or refuses to hear it, given you have all the answers, what then.
This is all conjecture on my part, I’m trying to get people to take it seriously instead of dismissing it out of hand.
That’s exactly right, people that are ranting and raving about how illegal and fraudulent the cases are, are not wrong but they clearly miss the seriousness of the situation.
Trump could easily be going to jail, get house arrest until trial, get barred from social media, etc., nothing is off the table when it comes to this crowd.
