The case may get thrown out in the Supreme Court, the idea that a judge has no right to tell a declared candidate he can’t campaign, tell that to the 1/6 defendants who have been in prison for nearly 3 years and still don’t have a trial date, when the right to a speedy trial is guaranteed by the Constitution.
Yes, it’s a fake case, that doesn’t mean it’s not real, this idea that the case is fraudulent and can be dismissed is a total fallacy, it’s serious and needs to be treated as such, what happens if the Supreme Court rejects the case or refuses to hear it, given you have all the answers, what then.
This is all conjecture on my part, I’m trying to get people to take it seriously instead of dismissing it out of hand.
